Joseph Tachovsky has been involved in the restaurant business for over 15 years. Always being associated with critical and financial success, Joseph brings strong hands-on leadership and an acumen for creating and operating highly successful restaurants. Beginning with his first restaurant in Minneapolis, Chez Bananas (1985-2002), he has garnered favorable press in periodicals such as Food & Wine, Bon Appetit, Gourmet, The Rolling Stone and The New York Times, to name just a few.
Since then, he has worked as a restaurant consultant, creating successful venues both large and small. When the opportunity presented itself to work with his good friend Lenny Russo, he jumped at the chance to join the ninetwentyfive team.
